Managing Director
He heads the Organization with over 40 years experience in the Finance Industry ranging from Accounting, Auditing and Insurance. He holds a number of Directorships in various Companies including a long term Directorship at Dorman (Tanzania) Ltd and Chairmanship of The Community in Moshi.
Fehmida Kermalli
Resident Director
Based in Arusha, represents the Company as a Resident Director with over 15 years experience in various sectors including Real Estate, Retail Outlets and FMCG’s.
Mohammed Jaffer
Group CEO
Holds a Bsc Degree from the National American University and with over 15 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. He works on strategic expansions for the Company, large Corporate clientele and heads a number of committees for the TIBA. He is currently the President for TIBA and Vice President for EAIBA. He also holds a number of Senior Directorships in charity programs in East Africa. He is the chairman of TanManagement Trust. Also a member of the CII, UK
Hussein Kermalli
CEO – Tanzania
Holds a Bsc Degree from the University of Leeds, UK. He heads the Tanzania operations which includes branches in Arusha, Zanzibar, Dar Es Salaam and a head office in Moshi. He has over 14 years experience in Insurance and 10 years in Retail Outlets.
Steven Lyimo
Moshi Branch
Holds a BSc Degree from Institute of Finance Management (IFM ) Tanzania. Based in Head Office Moshi representing the company as the Principal Officer and business development manager skilled with over 8 years’ of experience in the insurance industry.
Amirali Kara
Dar es Salaam Branch
Holds a CERT CII from the chartered insurance institute, London; Represents the company as a branch manager for the Dar branch with over 8 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
Jacob Kisuda
Arusha Branch
Based in Arusha as an Office Manager, with 14 years of experience in the insurance industry with extensive knowledge of General insurance.
Yolanda Shayo
Dar es Salaam Branch
Holds a bachelor degree in science in insurance and risk management with experience in accounting, medical & general insurance for over 6 years. Currently represents as an Assistant Office Manager under the Dar es Salaam Branch.
Nafisa Gaffur
Office Manager – Moshi
Based in Moshi as the Office Manager. She has over 10 years experience in the Insurance Industry with extensive knowledge of General Insurance and over 12 years experience in Office Administration.
